Yoga in English is primarily destined to foreigners living in Brno, but not only! Anyone can join to warm up and stretch in postural asanas. With full awareness to breath during the whole lesson, we bring focus to the most problematic areas of the body: open the hips and chest, lengthen the spine and strengthen the core, arms and legs.
There is no need to worry about not being flexible enough, as lack of flexibility is actually the reason for you to come to the lesson. Let yourself just be in your inner space for a while, not caring about the outside world. Looking forward to see you (en)lightening up! :)
